Programme Delivery

The programme enables you to completed your Level 7 (IRL) ‘Top’-Up’ Diploma in an academic year.
Programme Structure
The programme is delivered as follows:
Level 7 (IRL) Top-Up Diploma – 15 evening classes; and
Follow-on preparation of assignments – taking approximately 36 weeks in total.
Assessment
There are no examinations.
Instead, assessment is based on practical assignments related to your work in facilities management.

Progression
Graduates of the Level 7 (IRL) Diploma (or equivalent, such as an IWFM Level 7 Diploma) may progress to the Level 8 (IRL) Advanced Diploma in Sustainbale Facilities and Property Management.
Entry Requirements
The Level 7 (IRL) ‘Top-Up’ Diploma is open to holders of the Level 6 (IRL) Certificate in Sustainable Facilities and Property Management. Holders of other qualifications, such as the IWFM Level 6 (IRL) Certificate are also eligible to join the course.

This qualification is awarded and accredited by ABSD Awards.
