Course format
This is a tutor-delivered course, with delivery done live online. You do not need any special program or app and a link is emailed to you to join the course online.
The course is delivered over one full day, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and a short break at 11:00 am.
We agree a date with you that suits your diary and deliver the course exclusively for your organisation or group.

You gain the Unit Certificate by completing a structured written assignment.

Open Entry
