This is a live, tutor-delivered online course delivered over one full day, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
The course includes a lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and a short break at 11:00 am.
You take part in the training live online with an experienced tutor, allowing you to participate in the course from wherever you are. You need a reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet.
Shortly before the course starts, you will receive a link which you can use to join the online session.

On successful completion of the course, you receive the ABSD Awards Level 5 (IRL) Unit Certificate in Sales Management Essentials.
